Garden office shed / summer house

Looking at getting one so it frees up a bedroom and somewhere I can meet clients for work. I know they're peak council just before anyone else gets in before me.

Anyone with any experience / places to buy from / any install tips / etc? I am S Yorkshire and went to 'Aardvark Gardens' on Saturday in Barnsley. Great selection to be fair but just looking for any comments from likeminded PHe'rs!

We got this mancave build two years ago, take a look for 1930 s goodlife thread for full details. We did a builders build rather than an off the shelf product that is shipped as a kit - did even look at steel construction kits. What we found was all were similar priced for very different build materials and quality of finish. The biggest thing to understand from the planing side is what is the square footage and height for building control, distance from fences and material used for construction?
