Anyone fitted one? Any reports?

Yes, there are other ways of getting hot/cold together outside, but they often involve either doing the mixing inside (not practical if you sometimes want cold, sometimes warm) and also, based on a bit of planning/sketching, actually a tonne of fittings, joints, complexion etc, or mixing outside and using naff plastic hozelock y-pieces etc. .

The plan is to use the Vertical option, and squeeze it into this gap between the sink and radiator (Rad is on the outside wall). Dead easy just teeing off where the Sink tap flexis are already and then paint everything white so it dissappears.

This Woodford unit seems really clever - the actual valves are on the end of the pipes, thus the water is always shut off inside the house, but you have to buy the right length to suit your wall thickness as you cannot cut them down. Not cheap but smart and should be simple to install, and by the time I start assembling a mountain of other brass and copper parts to piecemeal something together myself in a manifold style, probably not too much more.

Feedback welcomed!
