I found a moth! Part 1

Just found this chap on the garden path so I carefully scooped it up and put it on the bin so it doesn't get squashed.

Anyone know what it is?

Looks like an Eyed Hawk Moth.

There should be large eye markings on the rear wings (hidden in your photograph)?
