When I left my cats at the cattery, the owners asked if I would be phoning to speak to the cats. A lot of their customers apparently request that they take the phone to their cats so that they can chat to them!!!!!!

My old colleague was looking at setting one up in York with sound & web cams, so owners could see/talk to their cats/dogs
