Blocked for me, will watch later

There was a thread on Homer the Blind Cat's FB page yesterday about a 8yo Cat that had been given to a kill shelter by its owners after being badly burned in a house fire. They kept the rest of their pets that were uninjured...

weeping Poor scared, hurt kitten, just when it really needs love weeping

It was rescued by a non kill shelter biggrin

Just came her to post that video. What a lovely, lovely thing to watch.

The way he even puts his padded glove on the floor as a cushion as he is administering the oxygen to bring it back. In fact if you watch the news story on it in the interview he even made a point of taking the oxygen kit into the shade to work as it was a hot day (hence using cold water to keep the little one cool)

I think the station house may have just gained a cat if the owners are not around to take it.

I'm off to dust now....

That's sad, but not the point

The point is that he went through all that trouble to resuscitate a kitten that looked dead
