Probably sensible. Not tonight but poss tom. Could take a while to heal esp if it is a burn and if chemical the injury may be deeper than it looks.

Ouch, poor girl frown

I'd have had her to the Vet now, but I'm a very over protective "Mum"; as Bex has said it can wait, then tomorrow it is

Please keep us posted!

Not to sure how it happened she isn't the kind of cat to go under cars .thats wot her brother does looks alot better this morning but I rang vale vets Dursley and she is booked in at 10.30 this morning .luckily the vets is only 10mins up the road.As we dont have anything to carry her in .

Rang the vets last night told her wot we can see she said we'll as long as she is eating and not crying in pain then bring her in the morning .plus last night would of cost £120 and today is only £60 ouch.time to take out some kind of insurance I think

Yep thought it may cost less for initial visit today and looked like it could wait.

Try and get some kind of carrier I can't express enough how risky it is to take a cat into a vets without being secured in some kind of box.

If you really can't find anything leave your cat in the car and ask the vets to borrow a basket, put your cat in basket whilst still in the car before taking her in.

If you don't have a cat carrier then a sports holdall will do. Or even a cardboard box of the type that 12 bottles of wine come in.

Pets at Home open at 10, I'd have been waiting outside to buy a cat basket!

How on earth do you cope with 2 cats without one?

How is she now please?

I've just sent Maffy a text to find out how she's doing and to get him to give an update on here too.

She is ok the vet seems to think it was a scratch that has become infected silly cat fighting with her brother
So they gave her a lamp shad to wear and a injection and some kind of wash fluid

All for the grand total of 63 quid

That's good, she should heal quickly. £63 is a good price for a Sunday visit (though I'm sure it doesn't feel like that smile)
