Asking for a friend of a friend whose personal circumstances require the almost immediate re-homing of his koi collection.

Is there such a thing as a fish re-homing service/charity?

He's not looking to have them back, just doesn't want them to die or be killed. I think there are about 15 fish in all, plus a very intelligent sturgeon.

Location is Basingstoke. I'm sure some photos can be arranged if necessary.

Many thanks in advance!!

My dad can give them a good home. He's based in Ringwood and is always after new koi. Here is where they will live...

With all of these guys....

And a video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlh-7x_XHo0

Drop me a mail and I'm sure we can sort something out.

Spoken with my dad, he would be delighted to take them - the more the better! Thanks for the email, hopefully they can sort out the details between themselves.

Hey Zed4, that's a pretty impressive set up your Dad,s got there. As a Koi keeper myself I appreciate the work gone in and the upkeep of that pond/lake thumbup

Thanks seeby. Yes, it definitely requires a lot of upkeep, also difficult to keep the herons away!

Lots more pics here if you're interested... https://picasaweb.google.com/117193357949152121888...
