Words failed me when I saw this video taken by a neighbour of the dog abuser, you can hear her sobbing whilst she filmed it,
Well done on her for filming and reporting him,
I would of jumped over the wall and sorted him out.

Was the puppy ok frown? I thought there'd be some report attached to the vid. The pup was crying out even as he approached, the pup knew he was going to get hurt. I'm not sure I could hold back (though putting yourself at risk is not so great!)

It must have been terrible for her to have filmed that, knowing the puppy was in distress and pain. Fair play to her for making sure she got enough evidence to get him convicted while she waited for the Police to arrive. I don't think I'd have been able to stop myself going round there and having a go at him.

For those concerned, the puppy was adopted by one of the RSPCA workers and is, apparently, happy and doing well.

I hope the scum in the video gets raped in prison.

Yes just found the info, good to hear smile. An RSPCA inspector is having him, he was left bruised, shaken and traumatised. He's now called Dudley (a staffie)

What a piece of st! That was both difficult and infuriating to watch.

I'm glad to see the little pup has since been adopted and will now hopefully be in a loving home. Poor thing. frown

I'm not going to watch it as the descriptions say it all and I would step in and batter the person, being not small its likely id seriously hurt them but so what. Never had to step in yet and hope I don't have to as in this day and age I know I'd get arrested for it.

Ditto the raped in jail comment!

Absolutely shocking to watch!! That poor defenceless animal. frown Some people just shouldn't be allowed to own any kind of pet.

I'm so glad that it has a new life and although scarred, it will have loving home. smile

Seriously wish I had not watched that. How on earth can anyone do that to a defensless animal?.

I think I saw on the news this piece of scum got 80 days in jail for this hideous act.
I hope he gets the st kicked out of him everyday as its no more than he deserves.

As an addendum to my 'I hope he dies in prison' comment, bravo to the neighbour for recording the whole terrible episode. I felt for her also when she let out a whimper as the dog was trapped in the door.

I've not watched it again since last night, but it's still festering in my mind. fking scumbag.

These large dangerous dogs that we occasionally read about; how about putting a few in a room and sending this bloke in for some "see how you like it"?

I only watched about 10 seconds of the video, and for the last 3 days it has really played on my mind.
I really wished I had not watched it.

Try not to let it do that to you, this pup (due this very video) now has a great home with no lasting effects of this awful incident and that brute was jailed for 80 days (a long sentence in animal cruelty terms)

Think if it like this if it wasn't for this footage that pup would not gave been rescued. (Sadly I've seen far more traumatic footage where there us no chance to end the suffering so I see the positive more than the negative in this vid)
