Well I've been a while getting round to posting this, but this is my little kitten; Bimble.
Actually had her since august, but she's still really really small! However in personality she's, um, one of a kind. The bigger cat (Psam) has learnt not to mess with her, and she isn't very keen on being touched / stroked etc... We have an understanding that she likes to be near you, and likes to curl up next to you, but you don't touch her, or else!

Size difference compared to Psam (they're the same age 11 months)

Sleeping like a bat

Very sweet. Is she an ex semi feral? How much does she weigh as she does look particularly small. Love her name
Yes she was part of a little born to a semi-feral mother. The family that were feeding the mother made sure the kittens got kitten food etc... before handing them in to the RSPCA - I think the environment they were in was less than ideal, by the sound of it.
She was with an RSPCA fosterer, but everyone wanted the kittens / cats that were cuddly, not the ones that growled at you! I thought she was brilliant.
I don't actually know her weight, as the OH has dealt with the vets so far - although they seem more than happy with her progress and haven't said there's anything to worry about at all. The only thing was that due to her size they put off her speying for a couple of months, but she has been 'scooped out' for a while now.
You can stoke her gently on the top of her head if she's sleepy, and she'll quite happily fuss around your legs, curl up near you, but generally she's not keen on being touched that much. She loves to play and is extremely active. The 'Bimble express' comes through the house very regularly indeed.
She is a bit antagonistic towards the other kitten (Psam). She likes to attack his back legs - but he's exceedingly chilled out and just 'snaps' at her with a loud meow when he's had enough. She knows to leave him alone then! They have a funny relationship. They can have a 'falling out' and then two minutes later she's grooming him again!
The only other silly thing is that she doesn't meow. She will come up to you and open her mouth, and what sounds like a little 'sigh' comes out, but no meow. But if you put her - for example - in the kitchen, and she doesn't want to be there, she can soon meow and squeak enough to let you know she wants to come out!
Ex semi ferals are usually tiny aswell
. Sometimes there's medical reasons for being very small but the vets would've said about it if they'd thought that was possible.
Sounds like she is lucky to have you, not everyone would persevere with such a tetchy kitty
Being small she'll always be thought of as a kitten. My parents first cat was a small frame, people thought she was a kitten when she was 13!
Sounds like the two have a good balanced friendship.

Vets haven't said anything at all - and she seems to be perfectly normal in every other respect. She certainly has a huge appetite - but probably needs it with how active she is!

The first couple of weeks were fun. The OH resorted to wearing a pair of gardening gloves if she was going to handle Bimble. We both ended up with a jolly decent selection of scratches! She has calmed down an awful lot. She loves to be 'around' us, just not too close! As I said earlier she regularly follows me around, fussing around my legs & waiting outside the bathroom for me etc... It's very cute. She's affectionate, just in her own little way!
She loves water too. If there's running water she has to watch it / play with it. She ends up covered in it, but she doesn't seem to mind! Here she is keeping a watchful eye on that bath for me:

EDIT: not sure why that picture is skew whiff! It's not on my PC. Also the flash of the phone camera has made her look black!
