I have got 4 cat and there house cats so we have as much toys posts to keep them active but there main post which is just over a year old is looking a bit worse for wear.

There post is about 7ft tall by 5ft wide but we are looking to replace it with a new one. Looking for suggestions of sites or shops were we can get something very robust as they love there post and use it so much.

Not sure what sort of budget you're looking to spend, but I've got one of these, and the quality is excellent. They aren't cheap, but are very sturdy, and made from high quality materials so should last a long time.

Jesus Christ.

You can buy 10 of the cheap ones

I'd let him destroy my sofa, it would be cheaper!

We have a couple of these:

http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/scratching_post...

and have had 2 or three previously that have been worn out and binned (served a good innings each).

ETA: they also have cat trees we have one of their 7' ones with baskets etc.

I have this one which is into its third year and still going strong:

Cats like to scratch at full stretch, so the taller the better.

I think it looks the nicest out of all I've seen and blends in well with furniture.

I may be a Mad Old Cat Lady, but I don't want to advertise the fact.
