So my ones were:

1) Overhaul my wardrobe. Since most of my clothes are about 10 years old, and I don't think any man in his 40s should be wearing T shirts with MASSIVE fashion house logos on the front. Plus I'm slimmer than 10 years ago so everything's XL, rather than M/L. (#humblebrag) Removed some items for charity shops. Should really be more aggressive in my culling! Bought some new stuff in the Jan sales.

2) Sort out some of the niggly problems in my flat that I've been ignoring. Living room door needs some new hinges. That sort of thing.

Both still going along OK though.

No boozing until we go away mid Feb, ok so far.

Lose some weight, down just over half a stone.

My partner and I were meant to be saving what we can with a view to buying our first house in the summer. We're in the process of buying it already.

The only one I ever kept was 'drink more cocktails'

Only lasted the Yr though.

1) Run every day this year. Did this once before. Not missed a day yet

2) Stop buying stuff I don’t need. Kept that up too, zero frivolous purchases!

Awful. Wanted to start smoking, because it looks so cool. It's not as if I didn't prepare. Started with nicotine patches in November, to get some into my blood, and then added in vaping in December, to build up the habit. Then January 1, started on 20 a day. kept it up a few days, soon dropped to 15, then 10, then 5, and cracked a week ago and gave up totally.

No fking will power, that's my trouble.
