Yes, but in this decade we've already had:

01:01:01 01/01/01
02:02:02 02/02/02

and so on up to 12. Then we ran out of months.

It's really not that exciting. You can get more creative if you like.

How about two minutes past eight pm on the 20th of February 2002, for instance?

Not quite.

There are currently 37 different local times zones around the world, therefore 20:20 hours will occur that many times, depending where you are at the time.

Every moment of time (that we are aware of) only ever happens once.

It annoys me when people say, well this is once on a lifetime! Yes pal, every second is "once on a lifetime"... get over it.

There is only one time, anything else is a deviation from that so the locals can have daylight in their morning.

I wondered the same. Apparantly it’s a 24hr clock with no date or month

I believe it’s what Americans call a 24 hour clock to give them an excuse as to why they don’t understand it.

Would have been better if the op had waited one hour and nine minutes before posting.

Better for my OCD anyway. Left eye is still twitching a bit.

If it was military time (presumably Zulu or UTC) then it would be unaffected by timezones or summer time, but it would be 20:20:20Z which would spoil the pattern
