You might be looking for a forwarding agent, not a drop shipper as such. I don't know what you'd call them in the UK - EU forwarding agent? Other than that you can get companies such as DHL to pick up from the sender for you.
A drop-shipper sells you whatever it is and they don't actually hold the inventory - the seller (upon the sale to you) then directs their supplier to send the item directly to you.

I’ve used Shippn a couple of times in a similar situation. The have a buy for me service where they purchase it for you, have it shipped to someone local who then forwards it on to you. The whole process is quick and worked well but it can get expensive as you’re paying two lots of shipping and fees/duties etc on top of that. I think in the end it almost worked out double the price of the item I was buying.
