I've had a look but could only find old threads.

Can anyone recommend a good weekend bag that's sub £150?

What kinda kit are you carrying?

How do you prefer to carry it? Backpack style? Holdall? Sling bag? Wheeled?

What size are you after? A 30L bag can be classed as a weekend bag just the same as a 50L can.

Do you want / need organisation?

Does it need to be carry-on friendly?

Does it need to be water proof / resistant?

What's your budget?

Without the above, you'd be as well asking the length of a piece of string smile

That's a difficult amount of money from experience - I had a similar budget...ended up spending £600. Oops!

Clothing and wash kit for weekends away

A holdall (although I was under the impression a true weekend bag is a holdall)

Size enough for 2/3 days of clothing but small enough to fit in my boot of an Abarth.

Carry on friendly would be a bonus but not essential.

Leather/canvas is fine no need for waterproof as I have musto and north face bags for extreme conditions.

Budget as above upto £150, ideally I'm just after something that looks quite smart.

That's the problem I'm finding everything just looks a bit rubbish that I've seen so far.

Late model Fiat 500 Arbarth boot capacity 185L
Fiat 124 Spider Arbarth boot capacity 140L

Appears to be plenty of room in there for any sort of soft bag.

Anyhow, I can't believe you're bothering yourself with this. Your valet should sort it out for you.

£99 from Marks and Spencer... http://www.marksandspencer.com/rambler-leather-hol...

I've one similar (but discontinued sadly as I prefer it to the one linked) and it's a beaut.

Oh and it fits in the back of my Fiat 500 wink

I've always found Antler stuff to be equally hard wearing as my Samsonite stuff, and cheaper.
