DVLA personalised plate releases?

I'm looking for a personal plate for my E66 BMW. Essentially E66 followed by my three intitals. I've checked on the DVLA site and this style of plate only goes up to E20. Does this meant that E21 and beyond have not been released or will I be able to find these in the private numberplate market?

If you email the DVLA they will tell you whether the plate has been released (or if they are planning to release it).

If they decide to release it, it will be via auction. If you register an interest in a particular plate they will email you when they put it into an auction.

Is there any way to push them to release or just a case of wait and see?
