Infiniti - service or warranty experiences in the UK?

Clearly a long shot as I haven't even seen one on the road in the UK, but does anyone have any service or warranty related tales to tell?

I'm particularly interested in treatment of significant warranty claims where vehicles are rendered unusable

- were you provided a comparable temporary vehicle while yours was repaired? Was this difficult to obtain?
- how long did the repair take to sort? Were replacement parts quickly available?
- was there any evidence that the dealer/manufacturer was attempting to avoid the matter e.g. through vehicle tests, or other hoops?
