Anybody know how it's done? There isn't any control we can find inside the car, and we don't have the user manual. It has very bright xenon lights and I am allready sick of getting flashed by others drivers.
There is a settings button on the screen menu but we don't have a code to get into it to see what seetings are adjustable.
It is the 3.5 initiale version

P.S this all PH's fault for convincing me this is a good car I actually went and got one lolbiggrin

Xenon headlights have to be self levelling and have washer jets by law in the UK

There will be no adjustment setting in the car but you might be able to reaim the headlight under the bonnet.

Alternatively, it might be that the self adjust sensor is not working. Do the lights move when you first switch them on?

Yes and it will save time if you complete the re-mortgage documents before you get there. frown

Turn the steering so the left hand wheel is pointing out at the front and have a quick look for a short connecting rod appox 40mm long attached to the leading edge of the wishbone.
These links have a tendency to be knocked off the wishbone by various objects from the road and sometimes only need clipping back in to place but if it is missing or broken a new sensor will be required as the links are only avaliable with the sensor.
Also have you had a flat battery or the battery replaced recently as the control computers will go in to a default setting due to low voltage and will need resetting by your local Renault dealer.
