Are these winter tyres?

Hi all
thinking of buying these, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Genuine-BMW-E65-E66-18-Alloy...
The seller says that the tyres are Kumho winter tyres. but does not specify the model, looking on kumhos site I cant find them. Just from looking at the tread do people recon they are a winter models?

Type: Kumho KW17, and yes, definiately winter ones
