Buy microfibre drying towels, and get at least two.

One to take the bulk of the water off and another to dry the remaining.

It's a million times quicker, easier and better on the paint.

I got a microfibre a few years ago and couldn't recommend them enough. I'd never use a chamois now.

That surprises me. I got bought some a while back and used one for polishing once and it appeared to scratch the car!

I think the test to see if its a good microfibre, is to get a fresh unscratched cd and wipe it with the micro fibre if it scratches throw it out, if not you'v got a good one
