ok, every time the Beeb flash up a picture of public enemy number one, his army uniform has a plain black front.

Now I'm not a military uniform expert, but I don't think the iraqui army goes in for two tone khaki and black fronted blazers. I assume this is to cover up any medals the wiley tashed one has awarded himself for stiching up the UN on various occasions.

My question is "Why do the BBC think it is dangerous for us to see a few bits of slef aggandising ribbon on an old man's shirt?"

Do they really think we're all so daft that if we see his medals we'll suddenly believe that he's a great guy and a war hero? I'd like to be given a bit more credit to make my own decisions please Aunty...

I think maybe it's because his shirt has the slogan "Leicester 4, Milwall 1" on it, and they don't want any trubble innit...

I thought it was a move against advertising.

Apparently his shirt says "Dr Pepper, what's the worst that could happen?"

It's a rock T-shirt advertising the Middle East tour 1990-91. It has a picture of his drummer smashing up an amp to a backdrop of Kuwaiti oil refineries, which the beeb deemed offensive.

Or something.

Edited to say: Anthrax, like it!!
