Anyone got this? Is it any good? It sounds a bit like Vice City but is based in London. The best bit being one of the cars - a TVR Cerbera (the main characters getaway car of choice according to the website ). Loads of other cars, including Police Vectra's, Nissan Micra's!, Range Rovers, Rover SD1 etc...

Cheers, Mungo, that'll teach me for not doing a search first. So it's good then!?!

Not only is it a great game, but it is also the only chance I am going to get to drive a Jensen S-V8!

The game is great, as a testament to the level of realism I was walking through Soho the other night (about 4am so on my way home)and was reading the blurb in the window of a restaurant when I noticed it looked a bit familiar, only then did I and my mate realise at exactly the same (probably would have noticed quicker if we were sober) that it was the place you have to burn down in the second mission, it looked (through the window) exactly the same as in the mission, the same doors in the same place.

Amazing

Mungo, where did you hear about BT wanting the game changed, that would be a real shame, I'm surprised that it got put in without any permission, how did they get past all the trademark stuff in the first place? (I notice that John Lewis on Oxford Street has the words covered up)

Sorry if I sound like a nerd!

Read the other topic, may have to pop to Costco tonight then (they usually have the games for around £32). I only bought Vice City a couple of weeks ago as well... just moved into a new house with loads of jobs to do too. Will receive a serious ear bashing for this... oh well!

Hopefully I'll still be able to get the pre-edited game this evening then.

I'm sure they won't delete the level from the game, just adjust it so your just a telephone engineer or something

Be quick though I need it tonight

I would say the getaway, but it depends what you want, the getaway is a lot more structured, where as Vice city is a lot easier to just pick up and play.

I've been trying to buy the Getaway since Xmas, but not one in the shops.

Found out they are only releasing so many to keep demand up, but should see some more on the shelves by next week.

Fingers crossed it hasn't been molested with by then
