WTF is this all aboot?

Had and ran a PC for years even on dos 3.1 but cant figure this bugger out. All of a sudden when I start hitting the back button on my browser I get a "warning pafe has expired" affair comin up.
I have to hit refresh then yes and god knows what else.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like you're in a secure site - does the link in the address bar begin https:// or is the little padlock appearing in the bottom right hand corner?

Many webpages have sessions associated with them, and these deliberately expire (often for your safety and security). As you click back, the previous request for the previous page is sent to the server again. This is it saying that the page has been viewed once, and that you will need to navigate backwards using different methods.
