O/T Hardware support companies

Apologies to Ted for using Pistonheads for a decidedly O/T query.

We need to find a hardware support company that will support new Compaq hardware (already covered by warranty) and guarantee that if there is a problem, it will be fixed within a certain time. If the problem is not fixed within the time limit, penalties will be levied.

This is to cover ourselves against similar contract terms on a combined hardware/software solution. Effectively, we just want to insure ourselves against the penalty charges (which will amount to about 10% of the cost of the maintenance agreement which itself costs circa $100,000).

If anyone works for such a company or can recommend a supplier, it would be much appreciated.
