Spin off from my earlier post.

So who is the coolest Chef around?
As a by-line where was the best meal you've ever had?

My nominee at the moment is Georgio Locatelli,
and what about his mate Tony Allan's CAR!

The progs. on Thursday @ 8:30 on BBC2.

Big Al.

Easy. Floyd without a doubt....just for the wine drinking alone....

After that my personal choice is Ainsley Harriott because he's a Gooner (Arsenal fan) like me, so he obviously has superb taste...

The Galloping Gourmet = Graham Kerr - shows why I'm fed up with the current cookery crazw. When you've been watching TV as long as I have it all seems a bit repetitive.

I'm afraid my vote is with Jamie Oliver. I have had several dinner party successes all down to J.O and his cookbooks. Simple food but very good.

Coolest chef? Don't know. Certainly not me anyway!!!

But the best restaurant? The Fat Duck in Bray. Superb!! Amazing wine list, too....
