Just a note to remind everyone of how small the world is and how much one persons passing can effect people no matter how far away...

My Sister and her Husband have recently moved back to England from Dubai. They lived out there for several years and while out there I visited them several times. Whilst I was there I became friends with some of their pals. Until last week I didn't know that Harrigan had lived in Dubai, but it turns out that one of the people I made friends with knew Harrigan very well and had been close friends with him and Heidi. She emailed me this week from Dubai and told me of their friendship, and how Pistonheads had helped so many people who knew him come to terms with his loss. Needless to say I was stunned that we knew the same Guy. What was also stunning was that we both shared the same views on him of what a wonderful guy he was.

I don't want to rake up sadness again, but I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. How small the world is and that no matter how far you are away, you never forget the good people you meet and the people that make you smile. I don't think any of us should forget the last week or so, not only for the fact that we lost such a wonderful person , but that what happened to H could happen to any of us.

Sorry if this sounds sentimental, but I wanted to share it with you.

I can only echo that.. I've read a lot about Harrigan, read a lot of his posts and a lot about what people think, and well, I get this horrible lump in my throat. I didn't know the guy, but as said the fact that such an obviously GOOD GUY can be taken away from us really sucks. I just don't know what I can say that can help, but this has honestly made me feel sad. My heart goes out to Heidi and family, they must be so proud of the impact Harrigan obviously had...

Rest in peace Harrigan and let everything good about you live on...
