current DVLA radio advert/"V5 logbook"

anyone heard that advert that says to get a tax disc you need your renewal notification and something called a "V5 logbook"? Now i know what the V5 document is and what a logbook is, but what is the "V5 logbook" exactly? At the end it just refers to the logbook not "V5 logbook" too. Is that just what the V5 is really called? Or have marketing people been hitting themselves with an idiot stick again ("click on our website", anyone?)

The V5 is the logbook. I think there was a thread on this a couple of months back?

ahhh that's ok then. i had a look at a V5. doesn't use the word "logbook".
