Now that we've got the new traffic light phasing in London and the up coming confusion when the charges start, I was trying to think of a way to turn a few pennies from the ever increasing time spent waiting at the lights.
The old "Clean your windscreen mate" and selling the odd bunch of flowers is old hat, how about more enterprising stalls such as..

Hairdressers
Drive by Starbucks
Video and book libraries
Deli...etc, etc

Instead of moaning all the time Londoners could use this valuable time to carry out most of their daily chores, how much do you think Ken would want for the franchise?
