Valentine's Day Delight: it was black (surely THE finish for this thing?), the owner, one Dwight Yorke.

Conclusion? THE ultimate motoring prescence bar none.

You simply cannot quantify the impact of this behemoth on the red blooded, male psyche.

(Well that's what me and the circling hoardes of fawning devotees thought.)

saw one in Henley in the summer, bright yellow. It's one of only 2 cars I saw turn heads there, the other was a Ferrari 550. It's a great place for car geeks, more TVRs, Porsches, Ferraris and other exotica than you can shake a stick at

Murcielago in black is Satans company car and no mistake.

I had a charity do back in September and the "decorations" for the do (it was an outside dinner) where a yellow Mercialago on one side and a Silver Vanquish on the other. Can't remember what we had for dinner

Tell you what, geezers, one major thing that really stood out for me on this 'Audified' Lambo was the build quality; fit & finish.

Looks like Ingolstadt has finally mastered the black art of alchemy: they have clearly transmogrified a stock RS6 into a Bolognese devil.

Gentlemen, if any of you fancy a spot of 'Ocean's 11' to liberate one of these contraptions from the requisite dealership, count me in.

I will talk bollocks for several hours to the dealer principal whilst one/several of you lot tie up the staff, swipe the keys and then nip out the back way, leaving me to cunningly collapse, feigning some kind of embolism, at which point Ernest M can arrive in one of those swanky 5 star Yankee ambulances, replete with the correct quantity of celebratory Stella & Perignon in the back, served at the appropriate temperature by Heather Lockwhat'sshecalled.

Sensible, albeit slightly questionnable, policies for a happier automotive world.

I'm sure even the French would approve.

Yet to see a Merciligo, Merciteto, Muritheko, new Lambo, but did a return run to Felixstowe on Thursday and spotted en route - 1 Maserati Ghibli, 1 Exige, 1 Holden HSV and a 1930's Bentley. Could hardly believe the size of the giant green monster!

Sorry Deres

But I would argue that the Zonda C12s would stir my blood more, and if anyone were to buy the road going Speed 12 and drive that past me I might happen to have a seizure on the spot.

Don't get me wrong the Murceilago is a Beautiful vehicle, but not quite the one to really float the old boat.

PS: Lucky git tho getting to see one - not so many oop ere in't North!
