according to BBC news reporter you have to receive 3 "bills" for not paying your charge and then you risk having your car towed away and possibly crushed... if this is true (bearing in mind an earlier thread questioning the accuracy of BBC reporting), then buy a £100 car and you'll be able to drive that for about 3 weeks or so before you lose it. cheaper than paying £5 a day eh?
