'Dear Saddam, we (the federation of all countries hard enough to have a go) are going to bomb the shit out of Iraq in the hope that we manage to finish what Dad started all those years ago'

'Dear Sabbam, webuh (the, uh uh uh, fedehashun of all countries hard enough t' habe a go) are goigg t' bomb the, ERRRR, shit out of Iraq in de hope dat webuh manage t' finish what Dad startid all dose years ago'
