Tax Disc Perforations!

Anybody actually managed to get one out the card without tearing the disc or resorting to scissors?

Why can't they just supply them pre-cut? Tearing perforations is usually quite good fun in a bubble wrap popping sort of way, but not with these bloody things

Yeah, it was always a pain in the @55 when you'd spent all that time in Paint Shop removing the text from the disc off your other car that you'd scanned in, then having to cut out fake perforations with a craft knife...

Thank god for the new tax disc legislation/ SORN: saves me - I mean, people - from having to go through it any more..

I did one by chance about 8 years ago.. ! I use scissors nowadays as otherwise the excitement might kill me..

I have to buy one for the TVR this Friday. It has become a game/challenge/whatever to tear the disc without tearing the disc. I will let you know how it goes this Friday
