My mates sister has just had her back quarter windows done in again for the 2nd! time...needless to say she is more than pissed off

Does anyone know or can advise where to get them replaced cheaply? We are based in Kent.

Failing that any advise how to track down the little scrotes that are doing it and break their fingers.....
