Bit of an off topic, but does anyone know of any specialist kitchen that offer the folowing in ther kitchen cabinets:-
Self closing and locking draws and doors
push to open the draw or door (spring locking mechanism)
budget not going to bother me that much TVR going to fund finishing the new house plus buying Chimera beore the summer

Give them a try. Horrificly expensive for bathrooms, not sure how much their kitchens are though. The website's naff all help, give them a call and see if they know owt 'bout it.

Where are you based? Mate of mine does amzing solid wood bespoke kitchens at about half the price of everyone else I spoke to.
He literally goes and buys a tree and makes them from that!!
Not ultra modern style so if that is what you are after, places like www.bulthaup.com are very good if you have the £££

Hi the house is being built in Cumbria, the budget is whats left over from selling the cerbera and after purchsing a Chimp or Griff.. around £10k + appliances

We bought our new kitchen through Wickes - according to the Missus there are only 2 or 3 people in the country who produce the carcasses for kitchens so really you're just choosing a style you like rather than buying quality etc (unless you're going bespoke etc.)

He is down south and probably wouldn't travel for a job of that size.
Might be worth buying a few house magazines - I am sure there is one called Bathrooms and Kitchens - probably a good place to start.
DISCLAIMER - I have never bought this myself but have a GF who buys every single magazine published each month!
