i'm only a casual follower of superbikes and i'm not even watching... oooh wait, now i am...

but from what i know, foggy is building his own superbike - he's got the money, supposed to run late last year but didn't make it

don't know the engine, unless its custom i just believe foggy comisined the frame so called it his own...
