Anyone else seen this ?

www.marquepark.com/site/start.html

Some ludicrous snobs parking club, with rules that made me wet myself....

BMW : Current 7 Series (eight cylinder and above); current M5; M1; M Coupe; Z8; Z1; X5 V8 and any pre-1972 models are invited.(No M3s allowed, even if they can cost more than an M5...guess only louts drive them )

Lotus : All Esprit, any pre-1972 models (Again, the Elise fraternity too thug like / not rich and stupid enough ?)

Range Rover :Range Rover Vogue and Autobiography models and conversions by Overfinch are invited. (Lol, how about only letting Vauxhall Astras in if they are the Starmist edition ??? )

TVR - All models invited (They really don't know who the real louts of the road are do they )

VW - The Volkswagen Phaeton and Touareg are invited (Bet there are all of two members there then)

Seriously though, what a great scam for stealing cars. So, anyone think this is a GOOD thing ?

£100??? For parking your car in a secure area - this is for people with too much money. It would be cheaper to hire a security guard to stand next to your P&J for the event.
£100 x 1000 cars = £100k Wish I'd thought that little scheme up. Are there really 1000 snobs at Ascot/Henley/etc. who'll... Oh, I think I just answered my own question...

Good luck to Marque Park though, top entrepreneurial spirit...

Its bollocks, I would never use that crap. For that money I could hire 4 armed Czech guards.

The things that makes me laugh is it is sort of done on a price / loutish image scale

Ideal for parking one's scruffy Tasmin 2.0!
(They missed out a Friday night burn-out on the Blackbird Leys estate in their events list )
