The stuff about putting bus stoips out into traffic is a planned move, which is all over the country - it is seen as a way of obstructing traffic flow, to slow it down. That's also why bus stops are now opposite each other - and a local councillor round my way, when asked about obstructive parking near a local school, said that it would not be dealt with, as it all helped to impede traffic. Weird, isn't it - roads designed to move traffic along set routes, are now principally being re-designed to obstruct that traffic. Are roads for transport or not, FFS!!?
I like the reasoning behind moving bus stops from bus-layby's out into the road.
"Bus journeys are delayed by having to pull out of the traffic flow" or something along those lines.
I would love to know what qualifications/education this person has because they are on money for nothing.
The authorities nowadays don't even bother trying to convince us anymore. w*nkers.

It makes you wonder why they don't just ban cars from these roads all together.
When will they realise that Buses will get caught in the subsequent traffic jams as well.
