Worth a watch if it's on catch up.

Reaffirms what a decent chap he is. Quite refreshing too about how he talks about anxiety, depression, doubt and such like.

And if you don't like Lando, Holly's also worth an ogle! smile

I'm really liking Lando at the moment. He seems very down to earth but at the same time is very switched on, wears his heart on his sleeve, nice lad. He's almost human for a F1 driver!!!

That’s because they are! Longer and wider than a LWB S-Class.

A F1 McLaren of a year or so ago had a wheelbase 4 feet (122cm for the youngsters) longer than the M7s of 1970. A lot of this will be due to the sensible central placement of the fuel tanks these days.

Well... This thread has neatly identified the forum members that watch daytime TV biggrin

He's certainly a rising star in the British consciousness. He's a good example of just how humble, sensible and well mannered his generation are capable of being. My generation.... nope, even the nice ones of us were basically aholes yes

Plus having the drivers feet sensibly out of the way of front suspension arms pushing themselves through flesh in front end shunts. I can still remember the first time I saw a photo of Herberts pre-F1 crash, in (I think) Autosport.

Internationally too not just in the UK. He connects with a new younger generation raised on gaming.

That's as maybe, but the M7A's wheelbase was 96".
The UK Government may have decided to support Metrication in 1965 but it only started to creep into use just over 4 dozen years ago. smile

Doesn't the car in the studio have mediums on the front and hards on the back? Or is it just an effect of the lighting?
