I thought it better in here than TV/Radio as most of us know her from Radio 5 Live GP coverage.

Just seen on Twitter that she suffered a serious stroke two weeks ago:

Damn this is very sad. Regularly listen to the 5 Live podcast with here and Jack Nicholls, Jolyon Palmer and others. Great banter between them.

Andrew Marr managed to make a comeback so hope she can too.

That's upsetting. No age. I wish her all the best. It'll probably be a struggle to get her voice back.

On a rather selfish note, R5L F1 won't be the same without her. I listen to it when watching each GP, preferring it to the Sky team.

I found that quite moving when heard it this week. I really hope she makes a full recovery and is back on the air soon.

Wow, i didnt know that a severe cough could lead to a clot/stroke! Glad she has found the strength to fight and recover for her and her family. Nice to see
