Lubricants and fuel specifications have been locked in until 2026 so no developments can be brought but what would happen if a team were to change supplier? Surely the old supplier wont hand over the formula, and if if the supplier is new to F1 they wont have a existing spec they provide to another team that could be used

Presumably, in advance of the rules locking in the spec, each team has agreed a back-to-back deal with their existing supplier until the regs change in 2026?
