A friend has got a pair of tickets to the Austrian GP. Planning to fly into either Graz direct or Salzburg and get the train down. Any previous experience and advice on staying in the locality would be gratefully received!

Cheers

We camped on a site that you could walk into the circuit from. It's a great circuit to spectate at but be warned the food is two types of sausage and thats it across the whole site. Not even any chips!

We’re also going to Austrian GP for the first time this year. Flying direct Gatwick - Graz and vv on BA. Mrs Wombat worked out it was significantly cheaper to book flights and hotel as British Airways Holidays City Break than booking them separately so that’s what we’ve done.

Wear silk-lined lederhosen so they don't chaff you in the heat...
