Welcome.

Just don't say bad things about SUVs. Some folk here can be overly sensitive.

I have a 67 Range Rover vogue, a 14 plate bmw 520 (my everyday car because it’s so inexpensive to run) and my pride and joy is a 1986 Landrover 90.

Nice fleet. I had a 1985 110 V8 many, many years ago.

Or Welshbeef.

The NC thread was most delightful.

Welcome back anytime.

Maybe he is the Messiah.

I digress.

As you were.

They become an obsession don t they. I bought it many years ago, I used to do a lot of off road driving back then. Over the years I ve fitted a 300tdi engine with the R380 gearbox. Couple of years ago I replaced the old chassis with a Richards galvanised one. It really needs a respray but I kind of like the rugged look

That does seem to be the favoured combination. My chassis is pretty solid luckily, as the previous owner did a bit of a rebuild on it when he got it off the MoD. Definately keep the patina !
