Not too far from us (20Mins) is a fuel station that offers premium diesel for reduced price (currently 136.9p/ litre) as it’s at an oil depot. - Peak Oil in Chesterfield.

Are there any other gems like this dotted around the country?

I was buying petrol (E10 129.9 ppl) but I think diesel was 2p a litre cheaper than that (Peak Oil's price) at Chesterfield Tesco this morning, the same price as E5 Momentum.

Premium diesel is 132.9 at Sheffield Costco (unleaded is 124.9, premium unleaded is 134.9).

Strangely it's much cheaper for the diesel (126.9) & unleaded (116.9) at my local Costco in Liverpool.

I don't know why they don't have a national price though!

The local St Mary's Road 'Go' garage (self-serve, no staff, no shop) is 132.9 for diesel and 124.9 for unleaded.

Robert Little - just outside Carlisle on the A7, consistently at least 4p a litre cheaper for diesel than anywhere else in Carlisle including the supermarkets.

...only sells diesel as it's a truck station but very kindly has nozzles for cars as well.

Esso Garage, A12 Northbound, Capel St Mary, Suffolk

Currently 123.9p for unleaded, 133.9p for diesel

The Jet garage half a mile further north is always cheap as well

Crazy cheap, even at the Chester one (so even closer to Stanlow refinery) it's 122.9/132.9 petrol/diesel at the moment.

there you go

cheapest uxbridge at £1.23.9 litre

most expensive £1.59.9 litre

So if you fill up a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Pick-Up with a 180 Litres tank thats a saving of £64.80 on a full tank

@vikingaero

Oddly it's not much different than when I was dragging a gas station and forecourt around.

The fuel station at Hawes is often cheaper than the supermarkets.

If a small independent garage in the middle of The Dales can sell it for less than Tesco it makes you realise the sob stories about slim margins are BS.
