If I buy one of these 500 pound vans how much is the TPFT?
Discussion
OP, the cost of the insurance will depend on your driving history - licence, experience, any past claims etc. as well as the type of vehicle so it's not something anyone here can give you much help with.
As said, there are plenty of comparison sites you can use, or find an old-school broker with a phone number, who you can actually talk to!
You have asked about cheap vans before. I always reckon with a cheap vehicle, you should expect to spend the same again on getting it up and running. So if a £500 van needs £500 spending on it that's maybe worth doing, but if it needs £900 then don't bother. It's not a perfect rule of thumb, as someone will no doubt point out, but it helps.
