Hi all,

I’m after a bit of advice.. taking my C8 RS6 on Brittany ferries either from Poole or Portsmouth next month. The car has got the full maxton kit on it. Will I struggle with ground clearance getting on or off?
I know a lot more exotic cars go on the ferries to Le Mans etc, so I’m probably worrying about nothing but any advice/experience would be appreciated

I've had no issues with my Vanquish S on the Poole crossing so was going to suggest an Audi estate would be fine but I've got no idea how low the full Barryd versions are. hehe

You should be fine, the loading staff are very helpful and vigilant at guiding you over the ramps etc.

This all day long. Done it in an Evora and RS4 and RS4 without issues, albeit standard.

They're really good and have come across every problem before. Don't worry.

But do turn your alarm off before you lock it!
