Does anyone know the most cost effective way to hire an Audi A6 estate for a month or two?

Cheers

Turo is probably the easiest option. Might be expensive though.

Why does it need to be an A6 specifically?

Just had a quick peek

Sixt do a large premium estate a BMW 5 series but also say ( or similar )

For two months they want £4800 and that is with limited mileage and before extras

If I needed an estate car for a period I'd be tempted to buy a cheap one and then sell it when finished for a similar amount

I have used Autohorn several times for such specific short term needs (I manage a small company car fleet).

They are not the cheapest, but have been consistently excellent to deal with.

AVIS only offer an A3 or Q7 from their premium Audi options. Collect and drop off from various airport locations. Below is for a month!

Sounds like someone told an expensive lie.
I’d be telling another - my A6 is in for servicing so I’ve got this Fiat 500 as a courtesy vehicle.

Looking at some of the outrageous quotes, this would surely be the best option.

£849, less whatever you can sell / scrap it for.

Funnily enough I thought that too.

As has been previously said I'd be buying a cheap estate for that length of time and then sell it on when not needed, rental prices are ludicrous.

biggrinbiggrinbiggrin He didn't say new or old (although I suspect the former)

Contact Enterprise and see if you can get hold of a number for their accident/credit hire department - they do have some tasty cars.
