Glass scratch.... just about feel with fingernail

I've got a scratch on my door glass you can't easily see in the light. If I run my fingernail over it, it does "catch" but only just. I wouldn't say "catch" but you feel the bump.

Is there any chance of getting this out without a professional?

If so, any recommended products?

Without a professional, you'll still need a suitable oscillating 'mop' as well as some polishing compounds. If you can feel the scratch with your nail, you'll also need to sand the area around it to level it out (before polishing).

DIYing is good, but some things are best left to the pros.
