Is it just me or does this have some presence? What do people think will it sell as well as the equivalent L200 etc? Looks fairly decent inside too, Is this going to be one for the small business owner to claim this is their "company truck"

I'd disagree, I think they are aiming for the comercial vehicle driver who has no intention of using it as a comercial vehicle!

I like the look, still I agree with the previous post that it looks a bit American. I see from the side image a Chevy pickup.

Looks like a VW pickup, the real question is will it be as reliable / durable as the Toyotas are supposed to be?...........if so may add to the list of possible workshop tow cars for the new year smile or maybe not as it's not going to arrive in the UK until 2011 hehe

Ummm it not a bad looker - certainly better than the current L200.

What engines are they putting in? If it goes as well as the 'Toerag' it will be a winner.

The Navara still clinches it though.

ETA: Just read a 4 cylinder 2l Twin Turbo Diesel...

How many spools of cable can I get in the back? and how much copper pipe?

looks a bit small to put a gate into the back though, seems a downside

I was thinking that, they look just like the vents in the Ford ranger pickup! I only know what they look like as i had to spend all summer driving around in one.
