Best way to get rid of this?

Just cleaned the car for the first time since the snow and its got these scratches on the roof. My fault, I must have done it when I was removing the snow a few weeks ago. They're not deep, but very noticeable in good light.

Best way to deal with readily available stuff?

An orbitasl polisher and a decent polishing compound (nothing too abrasive!)

Keep the area damp and go slowly, keeping an eye on the paint at all times, you don't want to burn through it!
