When moving (very slowly) off in first or reverse. There is sometimes a high pitched whine when lifting the clutch, not when depressing.

Guessing release bearing or suchlike?

I know it's hard to help without hearing but any help is appreciated. Google throws up mixed answers, as will here but hey.

It's an 04 1.4 105 with (I think) the R65 box.

Is it just when the clutch is fully out and does it go away when you put a little pressure on the clutch?
