Is grip inversely proportional to engine power? Less power suddenly means less grip? No? Thought not.

TC is a function of the ABS computer, doesn't cost anything to add as it's already there, so why not?

Citroen C1/Peugeot 107/Toyota Aygo 1.0 68 bhp, permanent non-switchable traction control.

Almost any car will break traction under certain circumstances so if you're going to have an ECU and all the hardware to support TC, why not fit it? It's not as if it costs anything once it's been developed.
